MUHI – GENERALLY TEMPORARY

Belgian premiere + Q&A after screening in presence of the directors 28.03

Muhi’s life was saved by his grandfather Abu Naim, who managed to take him from Gaza to an Israeli hospital where the young boy had his limbs amputated. Now caught in an immigration limbo, they have been stuck within the constraints of the hospital walls for eight years. In a country at war, Muhi has two names, two religions, two cultures, and his energy captures the hearts of his Arab and Israeli friends alike. The story of this extraordinary boy gives a deeply personal view on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
